This is a furnished basement apartment in a very nice home with a view of the river and the bridge. It is on a dead end street with off street parking. This is a roommate arrangement but you will have your own place and its own entrance. It has a mini kitchen which means there are counter top appliances for cooking. Plus the house has a full laundry. There is no TV but high speed internet is included. NO SMOKERS OF ANYTHING. And no pets. I offer this as a quiet and safe place and not for partying or loudness.

This home is maybe one of the finest places to live in Astoria. There is one other tenant plus the home owner. I am a retired firefighter and have owned this home for over 22 years. There is also one dog who is super friendly.
