Elizabeth's room

Unfurnished room in a 3 bedroom house. Would be sharing 1 full bath with me (female). Also have extra room currently being used as office/work out space that can be shared as well. Access to full house, backyard, washer/dryer, street parking, I do have an indoor/outdoor cat. Working on uploading pics of the room, if you live near the area I am open to giving a tour if needed!

Work full-time, and school part time, non-smoker, very quiet and mellow. Rarely have guests over, not a partier. I’ve lived with a roommate before and am very aware of my noise level and cleanliness in a shared space. Hoping to find someone similar!
