I myself work 60-70hrs a week, 2 days remote from home. Im very quiet when I am home, mostly in my room. I also travel a few times a year and have no guests over at all.

No animals allowed as I already have a cat (Litter box is in my bathroom), quiet time starts at 10pm respectively. Looking for 1 roommate that is mature, good attitude, CLEAN, responsible and wants a safe, cozy, quiet environment 😊 I will put a TV in the room upon move in. You get half of the hallway closet and there’s plenty of designated cabinet & drawer space in the kitchen as well.

All the good streaming apps are on living room tv to watch and youd be welcome to use any of the kitchen appliances (Air fryer, deep fryer, etc)

Rent is $1000 a month, utilities included, with a refundable $300 deposit. Rent due on the 1st each month, no exceptions!
