The furnished roof deck (400 sqft) offers stunning views of the city and mountains, along with a fire pit, grill, and hot tub. The home has two beds and two-and-a-half full baths, and is tastefully decorated for cozy wine and movie nights. Brand new appliances, including a washer and dryer, are included. The home currently has one dog, hypoallergenic, non-shedding, 11-year-old, 5 lb Maltipoo, so no other pets are allowed unfortunately. The available room is furnished (or can be unfurnished) with a queen bed and private bathroom, and there is ample storage space available. Bedding is also available if needed. Lease terms are negotiable. The location is great, with many bars and restaurants on Tennyson within walking distance. There are also lots of nearby bike trails and walking paths. The closest intersection is Federal blvd/i70. Rental terms are negotiable, but month-to-month is preferred. The rent is not inclusive of all utilities.
