hi all! our home has one upstairs bedroom becoming available april 1, 2026.

we rent a beautiful 5-bedroom shared house in midtown memphis, with 2 shared bathrooms (one upstairs one downstairs), in-house laundry, and a spacious kitchen and living room. radiator heat, window-unit AC, carport and street parking available.

all internet and utilities are split evenly between 5 housemates. internet is $21/person/month, utilities are $50-100/person/month. at this particular time we’re not able to accommodate children or additional pets.

lease term renews every august, so minimum length of stay is until july 31, 2027 (i.e. completing the current lease term plus the following full lease term) with the option to renew annual lease.
