Room for rent. Have a private room on the main floor or the basement (finished) available. Washer and dryer available and utilities included. Fenced in yard and a garage spot available. I do have 3 dogs (2 large, 1 small) so must be dog friendly. Shared bathroom and kitchen.

Located approximately 4 miles from the UofM St. Paul campus and an easy 5-10 minute drive to the Rosedale mall.

Cannabis friendly people (but smoking must be done outside)
