Hello I have a great 2x2 apartment in E. Phoenix. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. I don’t care if you work from home because I work from home my job pays 150 towards utilities and then we would split the balance. I have a cat that pretty much stays in my room and I am ok if you have a pet you would need to do pet deposit and clean up after your pet. I am ok if you have guests even overnight but if they’re there all the time we would need to talk about that and I don’t want a revolving door of tinder going through the house. I’m not looking to live with drugs either if you smoke it has to be OUTSIDE. The place is unfurnished so if you have furniture outside of your room I would be open to talking about you bringing it. Give me a call or text as I am looking to be set with a roomie before I leave town for work. The lease is for 14 months so if you’re looking for long term you found it. I am going through the process to buy my own home so if it works out so wld be willing to keep the roomie going in my new place as well or let them take on the renewal here.
I work a lot and do a lot of volunteering in the community. Love to cook and graduated French Culinary school. I am a certified Professional Drug Counselor. Part of the LGBTQ family and an either working or studying. I like to have an occasional movie/game mojito/meatball night. Whiteboy Taco (yes that’s his name) is my 7 month old Bombay kitten and he’s a pure luv ham.
