Great for starting a garden too as I currently have a small one out there on the patio! Parking is totally free and you can fit extra items in the garage. Power which is the larger of the two, and WiFi, are the ONLY utilities needed for this House! Our Garbage services here as well as water is free and generally comes as a perk of living in the property. Parking is very very spacious as well; you could fit 3 vehicles if you needed to, including mine too. And finally, there is a massive and beautiful backyard which can be and has been greatly utilized by 2 past roommates with pets (Dogs)! Hey there! I am a 25 year old Korean-American Male, raised in Eugene, and having lived in Salem for about 2.5 years now! Still kind of new to the area. I enjoy hanging out with my buddies whom will never generally come down to the house (privacy for yourself and I would ask for your permissions, of course). I also enjoy watching TV on my days off in my room and in the living room too. I also LOVE to cook when I am able to and have the time!
