Lease comes with 2 parking spaces (roommate gets one), water, trash pickup, & washer / dryer hookup. I am on the first floor at Tanglewood Apartments on Spanish Trail. Location close to the airport / pensacola state college / sacreed heart hospital so in case of power outage or grid failure (hurricane) local repair tech response time is very fast.

The available room is the Main Bedroom with private attached smaller bathroom and larger walk-in closet (right side of the map), by the front door. The shared living space is currently furnished, i can sell my furniture if you prefer to provide your own. You will need your own dishes and cookware.

Must pass background check, credit check, and supply two (2) previous income stubs to apartment management. Looking for a 12-month lease, but can go for a shorter period. Other lease timeline options available. Will upload more photos later.

ME: night shift / food allergy. YOU: can live with someone who cooks / cleans etc at night.
