Mattress is queen and brand new you are more than welcome to use it, however if you want us to clear the room we can definitely do that! bathroom is shared but we keep it clean. Wifi is 25$ separate so total bills so 625$ everything included. Spanish and english speakers in the house, you will also have your own fridge!

About the roomies

In the house it is my grandma, teen brother and adult brother. Everyone is really welcoming and they keep to themselves. Please let me know if you would like to check out the place to see if you like it!
