One Room in a three bedroom house in Pike Township. 5 minutes to Walmart and Costco, 10 minutes to Target and Kroger, and a whole bunch of restaurants and things to do including an AMC as well as a couple breweries and coffee shops. Room One is furnished with a bed, curtains, TV stand, TV and light. Feel free to put stuff up on the walls if you want. There’s a lock on the door and you have your own closet. There is new carpet added in back in 2022, the guest bathroom (renters bathroom) was renovated around the same time. I am now working on the other bathroom and the kitchen lighting. You have access to the back screened in porch, the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room and hallway bathroom shared by the two rooms. You don’t have access to the other bedrooms, bathroom or garage. Your best bet for parking is street parking.

My name is Mike, I’m 33 and have been living in Indy since 2010. I bought the house from the estate of my friend after he finished his battle with ALS back in 2022. I love DnD, video games on my Switch and my steam deck. I work full time and have a bunch of hobbies to keep me busy including working on my house! (see the house part to see what I am working on.) I have had a few renters in here since I bought the house.
That’s me, and then there’s my cats! There are three of them and they are very friendly.
Jack “the cow”- super friendly and very loving white with black spots. 14 years old and front de-clawed before I got him.
Luna- She is quite and shy, but she will warm up to you. 14 years old and front de-clawed before I got her.
Mizu- He is a chonky black cat. He is loving and has his claws. He is friendly and playful and loves attention. Jack and Luna aren’t huge fans of Mizu and Mizu will try and pounce on them leading to short (but loud) cat fights.
