My current roommate is about to move out. Available 2/1/2024 Location : McKinney. Off Stacy and 121 (maybe 5 min from the toll way) Two story home. Private bedroom & bathroom Background check $500 security deposit. $950 a month. (This includes wifi, electric and water) If needed, the room can be fully furnished! I can send more pictures of my home and the room if interested!

A little about me & the house : I’m a single mom with a 3 year old (girl) and 13 year old (boy). I work Monday - Friday. We’re out of the house during the week by 8am (ish) and not home until after 6:30. I have 3 dogs (who all think they’re lap dogs lol) and 1 cat who keeps to herself. I have a garage fridge if you decide you want to keep your groceries separate. Big backyard, office space and open game room. We also own a boat so we can have many lake days this summer!
