Kendall's room

We are located within walking distance of UNM, listed as a townhouse we actually have a bit of a detached duplex thing going on, we share one downstairs wall with our neighbors. The house is a 3 bedroom, one and a half bath. The two of us that live here currently share our things in the full bath, the half bath is free to the owner of the third bedroom for storage and personal use. The third bedroom is on the smaller side, which is why you get your own bathroom and exterior closet between your room and bathroom. Downstairs is the living room and laundry room, though the house can be arranged to have an upstairs living room, we’re not super attached to the layout. The kitchen is full stainless steel Samsung appliances including dishwasher, induction stove. We only have one set of physical keys, the main way of entry is the code locked gate to the breezeway and door, you will be able to set your own code. Feel free to ask questions!

The first pictures are of the room that our previous roommate was in, but we’re not against a trade if you need a bigger space! All furnishings are free if you want them, otherwise I’ll take care of putting them away.

My roommate and I are in our early twenties, we identify as queer, and are chronically ill. We currently have a cat and a service dog in training, both are very well behaved and do well with being denied access to areas of the house.
