Our current roommate is moving out, since he got a new job in San Francisco. Flexible move in from February 15th - March 1st.

Modern conveniences include in-unit laundry and central AC. Plus, we’re just 15 minutes from the vibrant Venice/Santa Monica areas! For the work-from-home days, we also have a dedicated office space downstairs.

⏰ Availability: We’re looking for someone to move in from February 15th - March 1st for a year lease. After that, lease agreement would move to month to month.

👫 The Crew: We’re a friendly mix in our mid to late 20s – two guys and two girls with two chill cats 🐈. We are generally social, laidback and down to hang or do activities together on the weekends. Some things we might like to do include hiking, paddle tennis, or grabbing a bite to eat.

🌟 Lifestyle: Our interests span fitness, beach days, hiking, camping, travel, socializing over drinks, and more. Professionally, we’re a diverse bunch, working in sectors like accounting, medicine, tech, and fitness.
