About the room
It is a corner room with windows on 2 sides and ductless AC. The wall is shared with an office. The bathroom is private but has a litter box for our 2 cats. It has a shower/tub combo and good shelf space. The closet has ample space.
The property is a duplex with a share middle wall. The house is kept tidy and the yard is maintained. There is storage space in the hallway closet and garage. We have 2 friendly cats. We have a large fridge, smoker, and kitchen island for eating. The washer and dryer are in the garage which has room for a compact vehicle.
The neighborhood is lovely and perfect for shaded walks. There is a bike path nearby. The neighbors are friendly. There is a busstop around the corner. The grocery store, hospital, freeway, and rail stops are a short drive (or bike ride) away. Kamakana alii, costco, Sam’s club, and 2 24hr fitness locations are within a15min drive.
About the roomies
My wife and I have lived here for 5 years and it has been wonderful. We’ve had tenants off and on. We enjoy our privacy but are open to accomodating a roommate who respects our home.
Our cats litter box is in the bathroom that would be for your private use. I would enter once per day to keep it changed.
