An unfurnished bedroom ready for rent now in a large, quiet, comfortable home located in Lakeside for a responsible tenant, which includes utilities and internet. You will need to pass a background check.

The room is 10’-2“ by 13’-6“ not including the closet, with a large window that looks out to the pool. Your bath has a tub/shower and is only shared by your guests and the occasional visitor. You have full access to the shared areas, kitchen, living room, screened-in private pool with outdoor sitting area and use of the washer/dryer. The room is for only one person. No pets, and no cigarette smoking/vaping in the house. Guests are okay a few times per week, as long as everyone is respectful of the common areas, but no overnight stays.

Cigarette smoking/vaping outside in pool area or backyard is okay. Please no heavy chain smokers, heavy drinkers, or heavy users of substances of any kind.

You will be sharing the house with a married couple. Both of us work from home and pretty much keep to ourselves. We rarely have visitors over but do have family over occasionally. We are a bilingual home (Spanish & English). We are low-key, easy-going people that are looking for a happy, respectful and responsible person to share our home. This is a drama free home and would expect you to be the same.
