Chatham Street Northwest

This is a duplex house in the west side of Grand Rapids. The downstairs half is being rented by us. We are looking for a person to fill the third bedroom for our next lease which starts on February 7th. There’s three bedrooms, a double living room, one main bathroom, a half bath, and kitchen. Laundry and storage is in the basement.

Amberly is a 25 year-old travel nurse who is barely there. She is a GV graduate and current GV grad student. She has a Siamese mix cat named Lucy. Airianna (Air, for short) is 21 and lives at the house full-time. She has a black cat named Nico. We are sisters who are queer and cannabis-friendly.
