About the room
Hey this spot is great you would get a whole king size room unfurnished. Shared bathroom and kitchen, small living room. Washer dryer on site. I’m super laid back landlord lives in the back of duplex and doesn’t want any smoking on the property though. We are about 10mins from Bridgewater Mall and 10 mins from town of Somerville. Friendly area local bars as well, just looking for someone respectful we could split security deposit it’s month to month and I am planning on moving out in June. I need a roommate who makes income of $2850 a month
