Brooklyn's room

Private bedroom in a cute 2 bedroom townhouse. Shared upstairs bathroom but there is a half bath downstairs as well. No pets, and no smoking on property. Covered parking and tons of storage! Water paid by landlord, electric and internet would be split.

I am 23, just settled into Denton and realized I just had too much space and am always down for a roommate (if we vibe…ya know)! I work remote a couple days of the week typical 8-5 so nothing too rowdy during that time but for the most part I’m chill! Oh and I do try and get an ok amount of sleep at night (typically in bed by 11:00 M/F), but by no means am I a scrooge about it. A gals gotta sleep sometime though, ya know. Mutual respect, and keeping neat and tidy is expected.
