There is off street parking available.

My name is Zach and I’m a tech professional in my early 30s and the only other roommate. I work from home M-F but try to get out and go out to bars and restaurants a few times a week. I do travel for work 3-4 times a year so you will have the place to yourself a good amount of the time. Roommate doesn’t need to be ocd level of clean but knows how to take the trash out and not leave food in the sink and clean up after themselves. I’m fine with small get together’s but not looking for the place to be a party house.
