About the room

Looking for a fun, free spirit roomie to share my 2 bed/1 bath with myself & my 20 pd little poof-ball pup, Kona Kai. This charming bedroom is in the perfect little beach getaway location. We’re less than a mile away from the beach,1 block away from Trader Joe’s, Vons, restaurants, etc. Fully furnished common areas, free OFF-STREET parking (no reserved spot), full kitchen, Wi-Fi, on site laundry, walking distance to dining, entertainment, and San Diego’s best beaches.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! I still enjoy a few drinks, going out for happy hours, etc. NO SMOKING- meaning if you smoke cigarettes or vape this is NOT the home for you. Just not into staying out all night or bringing the party/friends home after a night out. I’m mellow most days since I work early & on weekends. I prefer someone who has a circle of friends & is OK with not a completely quiet house.. meaning I’m the type of person who prefers to have something on in the background whether it be music or the TV. I’ve lived in my home for over 10 years & haven’t had one noise complaint & ALWAYS respect my housemates.

We share the bathroom & I’m a clean girl but not OCD, common courtesy is expected and encouraged. Just clean up after yourself & we’ll be good :) *** Pics of bedroom are of the room for rent with a queen size bed (when it was furnished). The room is a good size, about 16 x 14 feet and the closet is about 5 x 3 feet wide. $1,300 per month with $1,300 deposit + WIFI (1/2 $90ish per month) & SDGE (1/2 - $80ish per month)

About the roomies

I own an adventure company; kayaking, free diving, fishing, etc. & work most weekends. I’m pretty chill most days but still enjoy going out every once in a while. My life & world revolves around my dog, Kona Kai pretty much. We love going to the bay, Fiesta Island, Tidepools, hiking, etc.
