Fourth floor apartment in an elevator building, no smoking, no parking available (if you have a car, you would need to acquire a parking pass from the town). Five minute walk to buses, fifteen to train station. Washers/dryers in basement.
Bedroom 10’x12’, two closets. Shared access of living room, kitchen, bath and dining room.
Rent $1,000 plus utilities. First/Last/Security required. Must have references.
