Looking for a roommate to sublet the second bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath unit in CENTRAL SQUARE for $1400/month! Flexible move-in date. This unit is a 5 minute walk from the Central Square red line and many bus stops. Very close to Mass Ave. and Cambridge St. - lots of restaurants, stores, and shops. Rent is $1400/month + electric/WiFi (~$50-100 depending on the season). Laundry is in the building. Lease ends 8/31/2024.

The apartment unit will be mostly furnished and the unit itself will not be furnished. It is currently in-use as an office. The room can easily fit a queen sized bed, dresser, and desk. There’s a closet in the bedroom and there’s a closet in the foyer that can be used for additional space. The unit has a very large kitchen, pantry, and living room. There is a huge deck off the kitchen as well.

A bit about me…. I’m a 31yo young professional with an elderly (but perfect) bulldog. Jane the bulldog is both people and pet friendly. I am an outgoing, friendly person but I do appreciate decompressing after work. I am a food scientist and I go into the office 4-5x a week. I enjoy reading, working out, and cooking after work. On the weekends, I love trying new restaurants, grabbing drinks with friends, hiking, and generally experiencing New England. I’m looking for a kind, courteous roommate that is comfortable with dogs and respects the living space.
