This is a beautiful space in the Heart of Destin. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The space is furnished. Bed can be used as two-twins or connected for one queen bed. Walking distance to Walmart and Destin Commons(malls,shops) 5 min Drives to any social hangouts Destin/Santa rosa has to offer. The space also includes access to a pool as well. 4 minutes drive or short walk from the beach

• No drinking, no smoking, no vaping, no partying, no drugs, no pets, prioritize privacy and relaxing environment.
• Please keep social gatherings (dates, get togethers, hangouts) off the property.

I’m prior military and a busy professional who travels often for work. I’m Renting out the spare room with own bathroom that I have available. The place and surroundings are always quiet, clean, and in a convenient location.
