Hatten's room

I have 2 rooms available in downtown Bloomfield. The apt is a spacious basement unit with a washer and dryer and is a 10 min walk to Glen-ridge station. The apt is need of some maintenance (everything is functional and am currently in the process of getting the maintenance done )

I’m a 23 year old male and have a cat named Finjay :) I work full time at a fashion company and when I’m home usually stay in my room and game or am hanging with my girlfriend. I’m looking for respectful and kind people 22+ with stable income who will care for and respect the space :)
