Can do month to month but specifically looking for a 6 month period January-June with possible extension. Very flexible. No pets. Laundry available but not in unit. Plenty of street parking available. Located in a safe residential area with lots of parks and a community pool.
About the roomies
I’m the other resident, looking to fill the vacancy while my fiancé is away in New York for work. I work in the city at Jefferson University Hospital and with theatres throughout PA, DE and NJ. I typically work early morning’s. Very chill and have a nice book, video game and board game collection. Occasionally have friends over but not a partier. Drug free apartment.
