East 113th Street

My room is clean furnished with tv firestick key locked doors, full size bed and a chester . It’s one of three on the second floor where all females occupy the other two rooms . There is no pets allowed. There is no smoking allowed. The house is super clean and quiet no traffic, none of the roomies have company or men in the house. . Not allowed.

There is a 60 year old African American female in room 1 she’s really quiet stays to herself and minds her own business. There is also a Indian student 19 that’s gone most of the day and really quiet and also minds her own business. Then myself a 55 year old male that has a room downstairs and minds my own business while making sure everyone is accommodated.
