Chelsea's room

I’ve got a large upstairs bedroom available to a female roommate, preferably age 20-35. You have a private bathroom, but we would share a kitchen, which I keep clean and get dishes taken care of right after use. We have a large deck and yard with a little gardening space. Guests would need to be limited to weekends.

I have 2 wonderful boys (4 and 8), who are with me through the week, and the second weekend of every month. So obviously, you would have to like kids! There is the potential for discounted rent in exchange some occasional childcare.
