About the roomies
House mate includes just me (1 female) and I have a small 7lb miniature poodle. Extremely friendly and most importantly quiet and trained. He is confined in the basement when I’m not home. He never comes upstairs unless instructed. I work pretty long hours. So definitely understand the importance of a quiet environment. The neighborhood has a suburb vibe. But also not too far from the the city life.
