Hi! I have a large house in a residential neighborhood in Sugar Land, TX with 3 available bedrooms, large patio and amenities. This listing is for 1 of the bedrooms, it’s a 144 square feet room, with a new bed, comfy, a closet with decent space, and a big window with blinds and room-darkening shades. There is a shared bathroom to be shared by 3 people, and it’s a bit outdated, it has a tub.

The neighborhood is quiet, tree-lined street, and a great place to call home. We initially got the house for our family of 4, but we’re currently not in the city and we want to lease 3/4 rooms.

We have 1 ongoing occupant currently, he is self employed. I travel, so I am out of my room most of the time.
