Mark's room

I live right outside Camp Pendleton where I work. I am recently separated and rent a 4 bedroom house. I have a 16 month old son part of the time. I have two spare bedrooms with a bed in each of them but can easily accommodate removing them as needed. Perfect situation for someone with kids. Looking to find someone to split the rent with. You would have to add yourself to the lease which requires a security check.

I anticipate shared custody of my 18 month old son and having him at least 50% of the time beginning in early May. I need two of my four bedrooms and am looking to split the rent with one roommate, a couple, or someone with kids. I do not want to rush into anything. If we are going to live together than we need to meet up and make sure we are a good fit. Pets are a possibility depending on the circumstances.

Rent with utilities will be about 900 each roommate or we can split the rent in half if you just want one.
