I’m a 35 year old female, new to the Tahoe area, but grew up my in nearby Carson City and Reno/Sparks. I recently sold my house in Sparks and moved up here to further my Restaurant Management Career. When I’m not working 50-60 hours a week, I love to cook. I’m into artcrafts and household projects, exploring the hidden hotspot shops, restaurants, and casinos in downtown South Lake Tahoe. I’m a homebody permanently posted up in front of the fireplace during the winter months, and a outdoorsy busy bee during the spring, summer, and fall. I have an orange tabby cat who is like my child, so to anyone interested they must to be a cat lover and also anyone with a pet of their own need to get his paw-stamp of approval and of course additional pet fee/deposit. Oddly enough he seems to get along with dogs more so than other cats, but I’m open to giving anyone’s fur baby a fair chance. As much as I am super friendly and funny, I am also a quiet and keep to myself kind of roommate, and am looking for somewhat of the same in a house mate. Majority of the time it will mainly be just myself and Oliver the cat, and some rare here-and-there visits from my boyfriend who lives a few towns away. Seeing that I’m a fairly private person and like an equally quiet home, I’m looking for a quiet roommate who will I can trust and count on to not invite unwelcome visitors over while I’m not home, mainly to ensure Oliver’s safety and security and my peace of mind. There’s one shared full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. An adorable back deck that is somewhat secluded and enclosed with a gate to a set of private stairs. A new set washer and dryer located in the garage where there is one parking space, plus another out front of the garage, so if you have a car we will need to work out on a work scheduled basis who will park where. Utilities are not included in monthly rental price listed, and all bills will be split evenly amongst us. The room does not come furnished and upon the lease ending June 1st, the move out cleaning responsibilities and costs as far as carpets, walls, windows, etc. will also be shared, or discussed and prorated for a different move out date.
