Bogdan's room

The house is located on 3rd st, close to downtown, safe and quiet area. The room is furnished with a queen bed and has a small dresser. There is a 3 seat recliner and a small couch plus a 55 inch TV in the living room. Bathroom is shared. Laundry available in-house. All utilities are included.

You will live with me, a quiet, clean and respectful person, and I expect the same. I’m working as a server, so my schedule is pretty chaotic. Usually when I’m home, I’m cooking, watching tv, reading, exercising and hopefully I can find someone to match the energy. I respect your privacy but in the same time I’m a friendly person.
