Lindsey's room

I have a master bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom for rent for $825/month and split utilities. I do have a dog, so would prefer someone with no other dogs. It is a 3 bedroom home with large kitchen, mudroom with a washer and dryer. There is also a nice outdoor living space on the carport, and a firepit area. There is also a workshop with power out back as well, on 3/4 of an acre property, that is less than a mile from the State Park. Looking for someone who is easy going and laid back to rent out the Master bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom with standing shower. Smoking is allowed outside. There is also a workshop with power on the property, and a large mostly fenced in backyard that backs up to trailheads attached to the State Park. I do have a 9 year old Australian Shepherd but he is very sweet once he gets to know you. However, he isn’t the best with other dogs. I do go out every now and then, but I am always quiet and curtious if I am coming in late at night. I am one that can hang out in the living room and watch movies with you or let you have your own space. The 3rd bedroom is currently set up as a spare bedroom/office with a twin bed and a standing desk in there. But this room could be set up as a second living area as well.

I am fairly sociable but, I am particular about who I bring to my house. I will rarely have overnight guests. I am laid back and easy-going, and can get along with just about anyone. It is just my dog and I that live here. I love to cook and listen to music. However, I am always courteous to my roommates. I always let them know if someone is coming over or if I have anything major planned, etc.
