The house is in the Gales Ferry part of Ledyard, about a 5 min drive from the Submarine base, and 10 min drive from the Casino. ~2.5k sq ft, with a few different rooms to choose from. Over an acre of land and a creek if you are your pet needs outside time. Lots of natural light and viewing points of the pretty outside as well.
About the roomies
Just me (27M) living here right now. I just moved to CT from San Diego, CA and work at a local museum. I am the type to host things like a boardgame or movie night around weekly, but not outright parties. Would prefer a chill roomie. One with some nerd tendencies would be nice but not required.
