A beautiful private room with great closet, private patio, and private bath. This is a 3rd-floor condo in Huntington beach just 6 minutes away from Sunset Beach and 12 minutes from the HB pier! There is an elevator, a hot tub, and tennis courts in the community. You’d be sharing the place with me, and I may get a small dog in the next few months. There is a fireplace, and parking in the community, and the shared space will be the kitchen and living room. We have a garage as well.

I am looking for someone who is easy to get along with, clean and keeps to themselves. I have no problem becoming friends with a roommate, but I am also someone who enjoys my alone space. I’m a big cooker so I will be using the kitchen a lot haha. I do work from home so I will be there often, but I like to work outside on the patio.
