The unit is on the corner of the complex facing the street (Country Club Rd). It includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all appliances and utilities. I will be in the master bedroom and your room (9’6“ x 11’4“) will be across the living space. Your bedroom does not come furnished so you’ll need at least a bed for yourself, but the window does have decent blinds. The washer and dryer closet separates the bedroom and bathroom. I’ve put some japanese style curtains covering that hallway’s entrance, but if it’s too annoying I can remove it.

I’m kind of a handy man and keep the place reasonably organized and clean. It’s already furnished, although some more furniture here and there wouldn’t hurt.

One of the bedrooms is an office. I share this with my current roommate and would do the same with you. I won’t lie, my stuff occupies most of the space here so you won’t be able to fit much more than a desk as it is now, but I am more than willing to accommodate space as needed (I have a giant bookshelf that takes up half a wall, but we can share it). The same wall has my piano that we can also share if you play piano.

As it is now, we pay around $600/mo each to the realtor and ~$150/mo in utilities. When the lease renews the rent is subject to change- I expect it to increase by at least $50/mo. All in all I expect your monthly dues to be ~$800/mo. I prefer someone who can sign a contract for a year, but I can work with someone who would like a 6 month commitment.
