Currently 2 students live here. -No smoking/vaping allowed, no excessive drinking, or parties. -Access to washer & dryer in house, central A/C. -Security system installed (You will have access to it) -Access to living room, dining room, kitchen. -Bathroom is shared with only 1 roommate. -Driveway & street parking

• Guests allowed, overnight guests only with prior discussion. -MUST BE OKAY WITH 2 HUSKIES. No other pets allowed, please don’t ask for exceptions. -Must help with chores around the house (dusting, dishes, trash, etc).
• 4 miles to UCR lot 30 by car (about 7 mins no traffic) -4 miles from RCC by car (7 mins no traffic)
• 2 mins to 91, 60, 215 freeway entrances.

We’re 2 students who prefer someone who’s quiet and that will help with chores. Must be okay with having dogs inside and be respectful of the property. Students preferred!
