Furnished room includes bed, dresser, mirror, bedding, curtains, wardrobe closet. All Shared spaces are furnished and include bathroom, living room, dining room, office, and side yard. Laundry in the unit. Realtor company requires background and security to completed through them and all tenets must go on lease. 550 security deposit and 550 first month rent must be paid before moving in. Rent is 550 a month plus internet and utilities.

I am a registered nurse that works rotating shifts. I hope to make the shared space as welcoming to everyone as possible. Sorry no pets. No smokers including weed please.
