Bailey's room

The property is located in Norcross, GA and is about a mile from I-85. The property is surrounded by forest and provides a pleasant environment all year round. Additionally, the property is conveniently located near many restaurants and grocery stores and is about a 20 minute drive from the Mercer University campus, so the room is a great choice for students, as well. The room is on the first floor of the apartment building and is within a 3-bedroom apartment. The room also has a nice view of the forest in the back. The room is private, and the interior is spacious and includes a small closet with plenty of room for your entire wardrobe.

I will not be living there and will be moving out, and one of the roommates may be moving out in June. However, he is clean, quiet, friendly, and fun to be around. The other roommate is quiet, keeps to himself, is friendly, is fun to be around, and is clean and organized. Preferably, anyone seeking to rent this room should meet the following criteria: •One guy preferably 20-30ish •Must have proof of stable income •Clean/organized •No pets •No smoking inside •Will lease for 12 months
