The house is located in Englewood near a bunch of great parks and semi close to south Broadway as well. Walkable distance to Harvard Gulch and Denver beer and Co. The house is fully furnished besides the bedroom. Bedroom is 8’6“ X 11’2“. The room is upstairs with two great windows providing plenty of natural light. You do have to share a bathroom with the other girl tenant. But she is very clean and respectful.
