A private room is available now, 25 minutes walk to Cal State University San Bernardino. Share whole unit with three roommates. Lease term can be 6 months, you can renew your lease after it ends. Rent is $440 per month. Deposit is $500. You will have your private bedroom, but share bathroom with one roommate and share kitchen, share electricity fee, internet fee, gas fee with other roommates. Water, trash fee is free. We are looking for a female roommate, prefer student, no pets, no party, no drugs, non smoking, rarely have overnight guest, clean, friendly, pay rent on time.
