Jessie's room

Very large room available in a 2000sq ft cottage on a quiet, wooded acre, just outside of downtown linden. Room is furnished but could be cleared out if preferred. I want to note that this house only has a bath tub, there is no shower.

I ( owner) will be the only other roommate in the home outside of my two dogs. I’m quiet and have a sweet demeanor and tend to have low visitor traffic. I’m looking for the same in a roommate. Internet, water and sewer are included, electric bill would be split between us.
