I have two rooms available in my home. The home was remodeled in 2020 and boasts a beautiful open concept lay-out, 9 ft ceilings and a flood of natural lighting. From the location of the home, you can access a lot of places within a 20min or less drive - That’s including Atlanta International Airport, Georgia Tech, Mercedez Benz stadium, State Farm Arena, Edgewood and array of other attractions. In the kitchen, available to you are premium stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a spacious island and excess cabinet space. THE TWO AVAILABLE ROOMS PROVIDE AMPLE LIVING SPACE - ROOM1 OF SIZE 13’X11’ AND ROOM2 12’X11’ EACH CONTAINING VERY SPACIOUS CLOSETS. FIRST MONTH WILL BE HALF OFF!! This home is meant for those looking for a beautiful, quiet, clean place to call home. Attached to the house is a private fenced/gated lot large enough for 3+ cars so parking should always be a breeze.

This will be a co-living environment. There will be two other people in the house. I have two extra rooms which I will be renting out. You will be sharing a bathroom with the other housemate. About me, I’m a working professional. I work from home so I spend most of my time in my office when I’m home. I keep the home very clean and know how to respect other’s space as I’ve spent the past few years living with roommates.
