Private bedroom with a full bathroom included, with the right to use common areas. The full bathroom is shared with one person, but there is a third bathroom downstairs which you can always use if the full one is busy. The bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, built-in closet, bedside desk and lamp, workstation (including high-quality chair and screen), and a humper. It is in the west wing of the house, where you don’t share walls with anybody else, so very quiet and private. The rent includes the right to use parking spots in the common areas and a washer and drier in the house. The house is quite new by Californian standards (2000s) and all is in pristine condition. Bright and well insulated. The area is residential and quiet. Parks and public sports areas at walking distance; 6 minutes driving from 101; 10 minutes driving from Downtown Paso Robles. Minimum stay, 3 months.

There are two of us living in the house so far. One is a professional engineer in her 50s and I am a researcher in my 30s. I live in the east wing, with my own bedroom and bathroom. It’s a big house, so we might not see each other a lot, although we share the kitchen and dining room. No pets nor smoking allowed.
