Room is in the back of the upstairs with beautiful mountain view. Bath has large walk in shower and huge walk in closet. Private living room on the same floor with TV. Parking spot in the driveway and storage available in the garage and in the large closet upstairs next your bedroom. Xfinity free in the room with Netflix and Hulu. Furniture for free available.

Just me Shanna, 49, my daughter 21, and son 16. My area is downstairs and kids are gone a lot and their bedrooms are upstairs. House has high end finishes and we are a very friendly group. Safety is very important to us!
