Please note that the room is not furnished, but the rest of the home is. No pets allowed as I have a cat and the HOA limits one pet per unit. HOA has a pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and racquet ball courts. HOA will do credit, employment, criminal and rental history checks. No smokers please.

Hello, I’m a 27 year old dude originally from Philadelphia. I moved down here about 2 years ago. I enjoy going to the gym, playing pickleball, hanging out with friends and going to bars/nightclubs every now and then.
