Unfurnished 1 bedroom/ 1 private bathroom in a 3 bedroom house, in Round Rock near 79/Redbud.

The bed in pics will be removed before move-in. It is a queen size bed, for reference.

• Zoned to Redbud Elementary/ short walking distance (for those with a kid)
• Short drive to Walmart/ HEB
• 10 mins from Austin Community College RR/ Texas State University/ Texas State Technical College
• 14 mins from Dell
• 21 mins from Samsung in Taylor

Utilities include electricity, water, gas, internet, and washer/dryer use. The rest of the house is furnished and kept clean. Full kitchen available for your use. Fenced back yard. Located on a safe street at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Walking distance with access to the neighborhood pool in the Summer. There is currently a small home gym set up that I don’t mind sharing.

I prefer to rent to a woman or a mom with a child, but open to anyone who is the right fit. English or Spanish speaker is fine (we don’t speak Spanish but have lived with Spanish speakers in the past and are good with using a translator).

Our lease ends July 31 and we will be moving out at that time.

About us: I do have 3 children (that are respectful about quiet time), and 3 pets. We take advantage of outdoor time as much as we can. We enjoy walking to Old Settlers often. We don’t have many guests over and keep things pretty calm here. I work from home so would need noise levels relatively low during working hours.
