Nick's room

Private room and private bathroom. It’s a larger house with big backyard and driveway parking. Technically, it’s 4 bedrooms. 2 downstairs (where I’m at) and two upstairs. The second bedroom downstairs is used as a gear room/mini gym. So, if you’re into the outdoors and need space for all your gear, you’ll love it. The additional upstairs room is used as a guest bedroom. I would consider renting both the upstairs bedrooms if 2 friends were looking for a place. Air conditioning, nice neighborhood across from Rose City Golf Course. I can furnish the room if preferred. Price is negotiable.

I am a young’ish professional. I spend most of my free time playing outside: snowboarding, skateboarding, hiking, paddle boarding, etc. I also love working on cars and playing with my two pups. Yes, I have two gentle giants so hopefully you’re a dog lover. Im super clean and vacuum once a day to keep the dog hair at a minimum. I’m super chill and get along with just about everyone. I don’t really drink, but a big supporter of plant medicine.
