Hello. We have a room for rent in an empty house. The house is fully furnished and currently up for sale. This could be a short-term to potential long-term depending on the future owner.

We are looking for a very clean individual or individuals to keep the house clean while living there. You will have a days notice prior to a showing and they are all made by appointment only.

The house is fully furnished. The bedroom has a queen size bed new linens, end tables, lamps, a large desk, a large dresser with mirror and chairs. The master bathroom has very large closets and a vanity area to get ready at. There’s lots of storage in the master bedroom and linen closets and also in the master bathroom. The living room is lightly furnished with club chairs, coffee table, end table, lamps, an entertainment TV center and bar stools at the kitchen bar. The garage is large and comes with a working washer and dryer. There’s a large front yard and backyard with patio and patio furniture. The two secondary bedrooms and bathroom will be kept staged for the showings. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Plenty of storage and space to cook your meals. There’s also dinnerware, pots and pans available for use.

The house is in a very desirable area, near many amenities like restaurants, stores, parks and the Maidu center. The house is only 5 minutes away from the freeway for easy access to commute.

There is currently no tenants there you would be the only ones. I am the owner that does not live there. I have had long term tenants and created great relationships with them in the past.
